Senior HR Manager (Latvia)

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations at our new video production studio in Latvia!

This is the perfect opportunity to become a Senior HR Manager at our new video production studio in Latvia. You will be working on some of our company’s coolest projects, such as 5-Minute Crafts, 123GO! etc.

What you already have:

Proven work experience as an HR business partner, Recruitment Business Partner, Recruitment Manager or similar role;
Excellent people management skills;
Thorough knowledge of labour legislation;
Understanding of full cycle recruiting;
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing;
Ability to network via social media and other professional platforms;
BS degree in Human Resources or related field;
English & Russian — native level!

What you will do:

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance;
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances;
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;
Identify training needs for teams and individuals;
Full circle video production recruitment (researching, interviewing, partnering with hiring managers to identify current and future personnel needs);
Determine the optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks;
Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in person;
Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language;
Oversee onboarding for newly hired employees;
Responsibility for relocations, work permits, travel arrangements;
Calculate recruiting KPIs (e.g time-to-hire and time-to-fill);
Office management (catering, facilities management, suppliers’ administration)!
